  Over-Read Services
Charleston Radiologists, P.A. is pleased to offer our over-read service. We have nineteen board certified radiologists on staff. Charleston Radiologists is proud to have two of the only three certified B-readers in the state of South Carolina. The National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety (NIOSH) B Reader Certification is an examination of radiologists reading abilities beyond schooling, fellowship and field training. B Reader approval is granted to physicians who demonstrate proficiency in the classification of chest radiographs for the pneumoconioses using the International Labour Office (ILO) Classification System.

We provide exam interpretation services for providers throughout the state including: Palmetto Internal Medicine, Concentra, Lowcountry Lung and Critical Care, Doctor’s Care, Air Force, Manning Diagnostic, Atlantic Occupational Health, Charleston County Health Department, Lowcountry DHEC and Walterboro Family Practice.

We customize our services to meet your medical imaging needs. Here are some of the features:

  • 24-hour report turn around
  • Transcribed dictation or form reporting
  • On-site transcription
  • Courier provided for film retrieval/return
