Tyler Combs, DO

Dr. Tyler Combs is a radiologist at Charleston Radiologists, PA, which he joined in 2026.

He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine–Wichita, followed by a fellowship in neuroradiology at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Combs earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa and completed a medical internship in internal medicine at the University of Kansas–Wichita.

In practice, Dr. Combs brings a balanced approach to both general and subspecialty imaging, with particular expertise in neuroradiology.
